The Stadtmission congregations were established by the St Chrischona Mission of Basel, Switzerland. It is an Evangelical Protestant church born out of the spiritual revival of the mid 19th Century. Its congregations are concentrated in urban areas, as the name 'Stadtmission' (= City Mission) would suggest. More (in German)
